ITpipes has service agreements that meet your needs and budget to keep your pipe inspection software up and running efficiently and smoothly!

  • Per-incident: for users that do not want a support agreement and just want help when required this is best solution! Users can just call our support line at 877-itpipes, supply a credit card number and initiate a help session.  This includes telephone and online “remote control” support.
  • Single: for users that have only one software license and would like standard support. This includes access to our online I.T. Client Lounge which contains a knowledge base for self-help service and troubleshooting, access to our I.T. Users Forum, access to I.T. software updates and all kinds of fun, useful information.
  • Silver:  for users that have 2-10 software licenses and would like standard support. This includes access to our online I.T. Client Lounge which contains a knowledge base for self-help service and troubleshooting, access to our I.T. Users Forum, access to I.T. software updates and all kinds of fun, useful information.  Silver is identical to single, but includes more hours of support to meet the demand of multiple software licenses.
  • Gold: for  users that have 2-10 software licenses and would like enhances support. This includes premier support, access to the I.T. Client Lounge, online tech chat, discounts on future purchases and more.
  • Platinum: for  users that want premier, Cadillac support! With a dedicated tech rep, on-site refresher training and more.  Ask your regional consultant for more details.

All service agreements can be upgraded to the next level and per-incident support can be credited towards a Service Agreement purchase for up to 6 months.  Contact your Regional Consultant for more information!
