Lucity, software for public works, used to manage and maintain assets and coordinate your maintenance management. When used with ITpipes there are two options for working with sewer and storm inspections.ITpipes pipe and manhole storm and sewer inspections integrate into Lucity.

The first option is easy to work with, however, it requires manual effort. This option imports completed inspections from ITpipes into Lucity.  This is provided by Lucity and you can contact Lucity for more information here.

The second option, provides automated, seamless data transfer between ITpipes and Lucity.  Built by ITpipes, the Lucity Integration provides plug-in and go access for work order management.

Lucity and ITpipes have seamless integration for comprehensive pipe inspection management and work order scheduling.

Lucity Integration has features such as scheduling from GIS maps.  Also, it provides direct linking from Lucity to comprehensive inspection detail inside ITpipes.  In addition to sharing of associated data and media files such as video.  As well as upload of essential inspection observation detail into Lucity and discrepancy comparison for updating GIS data.

ITpipes pipeline inspection integration into Cityworks asset management software.Cityworks, your public asset management solution, has two main options for working with sewer inspections from ITpipes.

The first option is easy to work with, however, it requires manual effort. Simply import completed inspections from a NASSCO PACP data format into Cityworks. This is provided by Cityworks and you can contact Cityworks for more information here.

The second option, Cityworks Integration, is developed and maintained by ITpipes. This uses the Cityworks work order API and database exchange to provide features such as work order scheduling pass-thru to the inspection crew.  Also, it provides direct linking from Cityworks to comprehensive inspection detail inside ITpipes.  In addition to sharing of associated data and media files such as video.  As well as uploading of essential inspection observation detail into Cityworks and discrepancy comparison for updating GIS data.

ITpipes with IBM Maximo provide a comprehensive inspection and enterprise management system.ITpipes automated integration with IBM’s Maximo provides a complete plug and play solution for crew inspection scheduling and pipeline inspection condition assessment. ITpipes pulls work orders from Maximo for the assigned crew, then, pushes completed work orders back into Maximo for comprehensive review.  This plug and play option lets crews simply plug in at the end of the work day to exchange data and obtain newly assigned work.

ITpipes also has unique integration with IBM Maximo that can help organize cleaning equipment necessary to perform regular maintenance on your pipes.
